Timeshare Rescue was founded by ACTUAL former timeshare owners that felt trapped!
The Chavez family founded Timeshare Rescue after they found themselves trapped in a timeshare contract they entered into in the early 1990s in Breckenridge Colorado. The unit cost the Chavez family over $27,000.00 just in the original purchase price and the maintenance fees were around $700 every year on top of it!
Although the unit was beautiful and they enjoyed their time when they used it, the Chavez's found that it just was getting too expensive to use with the Maintenance Fees and Special Assessments that came in every year even when they couldn't even use the Timeshare. They believed that there had to be a solution for owners like them that felt trapped. After searching far and wide, the Chavez Family decided it was time to build a business around helping folks suffering from the same issues with selling their units, and do it the RIGHT way.
