Q. Will the timeshare title be transferred completely out of my name?
A. Yes, effective from the moment you accept Timeshare Rescue offer, you are freed from the obligation of your timeshare contract. Your name is transferred off of the deed by a licensed, bonded and insured title agent when necessary. Depending on the property, the title is transferred via Deed, Membership, Lease, Assignment, or as required by the Timeshare management's official governing documents (alternatively referred to as Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions). The transaction takes place between us and you. We as the buyer have the right to assign our interest, but you are completely off of the title.

Q. If I am released from the timeshare obligation, then who is responsible for all those future fees?
A. Q. I had a terrible experience once before by paying a company a lot of money up front to sell my timeshare, and I still own it. I'm wary of using any provider that makes similar claims. How is Timeshare Rescue different?
A. We are absolutely NOT a timeshare listing company or timeshare resale company! We acquire the timeshare interests directly from each owner. Q. As a member of RCI or Interval International, I already have weeks that are space banked, as well as an existing reservation. Once my week is transferred, will I lose these weeks and/or my reservation?
A. No. Transfer of title will not affect pending reservations. Just be sure not to cancel your RCI/II membership or you will lose those weeks. Wait until your weeks have expired in RCI/II before canceling your membership with them.
